Liquidium was born out of Guy Gralnik’s vision to give every restaurant the ability to serve a world class bar experience. Concentrating his over decade-long experience, he created a lab to master and cultivate the world of liquids.
Liquidium brings together ingredients, instruments and techniques you’d expect to find in a chemistry lab, not a bar. But by controlling and perfecting every step of the liquid extraction and distilling process, Guy and his team create delicious concoctions from fresh-from-the-orchard fruits.
